Visualize Interior provides interior design, turnkey fit-out, bespoke joinery, MEP coordination, furniture, and related services for commercial and residential spaces in the UAE. Any project we undertake is subject to a separate written proposal, quotation, and/or signed contract, which—together with these Terms—governs our relationship. Where a signed project contract conflicts with these Terms, the signed contract prevails for that project.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to: interfere with its operation or security; attempt unauthorised access; copy, reproduce, or misuse its content; or use it to transmit harmful, misleading, or unlawful material.

3. Enquiries & Quotations

Information on this website is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer. Prices, scopes, and timelines are confirmed only in a written quotation or contract. Quotations are valid for the period stated in them and may be subject to site survey, measurements, and material availability.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, images, designs, and layout—is owned by or licensed to Visualize Interior and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Design concepts, drawings, and proposals we prepare remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing, and may not be reproduced or used without our consent.

5. Client Responsibilities

Where you engage us for a project, you agree to provide accurate information, obtain necessary approvals and access, and give timely decisions and payments as set out in the applicable contract.

6. Payments

Fees, payment schedules, and terms for any project are set out in the applicable quotation or contract. Late or missed payments may result in suspension of work and other remedies as stated in that contract. Refunds and cancellations are addressed in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Disclaimers

This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Any reliance on website content is at your own risk.
